Study Snack Plate

Welcome back to the new semester! As summer comes to a close and we adjust to campus living, we get back into our rhythms, continue old patterns, and shift into new ones. These times can be overwhelming, so it is important to nourish your mind and body. This can be as simple as enjoying a yummy snack.

It’s literally so easy to make this, the name says it all!

I love throwing together different snack plates to pick at while I am studying to make sure I am still getting fruits and veggies in even during very stressful times of the semester!!


PREP TIME: 2 minutes COOK TIME: 0 minutes


2 servings per plate


Nutritional Facts will vary based on what you include in your snack plate.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bell peppers

  • 1 apple

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp hummus

  • Pita chips/ any cracker your prefer

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thoroughly clean all fruit and veggies

  2. Cut fruit and veggies into thin slices so that you can easily dip the peanut butter and hummus

  3. Add peanut butter and hummus into small serving containers

  4. Add your favorite pita/ crackers to the plate

  5. Enjoy! This study snack is so simple and easy you will be obsessed!

*Adding nuts and yogurts would be a good source of protein to add to the plate
