Study Snack Plate

Welcome back to the new semester! As summer comes to a close and we adjust to campus living, we get back into our rhythms, continue old patterns, and shift into new ones. These times can be overwhelming, so it is important to nourish your mind and body. This can be as simple as enjoying a yummy snack.
